Just a few years ago, it was just something I considered a strong alcohol, something only adults drink, a kind of luxury.

But now, it has become a friend I love, want to know, and want to be with forever.

I didn't discriminate between types because I like liquor, but

Whisky was always just a generic foreign liquor for me. I would drink soju and beer, and then at the end of a drinking party, someone would offer me a shot, and I would swallow it without thinking. Before going to bed after a drinking party, I would throw up, and it was a bad quality fellow that caused me to vomit.

I'm not the type to get drunk while watching TV at home, but when I felt like drinking on a lonely night,

I savored it and finished the bottle over a few days. It was then that I finally realized the true value of this whisky and, dangerously, I opened my eyes to it.

I was so ignorant of whisky, when all I knew was soju.

The whisky I drank in those past years, the so-called one-shots, I poured down my throat...I'm sorry I sent you to my stomach like that.

After finishing a bottle of Royal Salute,

I decided to delve into the world of whisky, which I had never been interested in before.

I searched through YouTube channels such as "Liquor Introduction" and "Liquor World", as well as books in bookstores and libraries,

and the more I learned, the more I liked it.

• There are countless types of whiskies in the world,
• each stimulating a different taste and sense of smell,
• each with its own history,
• and the shape of the glass bottle is so stylish (I like interior design).

I'm excited and happy to think that I'll be getting to know so many whiskies that I don't know yet.

Someday, I want to go on a whisky and distillery tour to Japan, Taiwan, Scotland, Ireland, the United States, Canada, Australia, etc.

I also want to open a liquor shop with the products I love.

I want to start this with this blog.
